KYLE KAISER
Involved in racing since the age of seven, Kyle is not your typical American motorsports star. Motivated by aspirations of a professional career in auto racing, Kyle is ambitious both on and off the track as noted by his formidable racing style and determined professional goals.
During the past 15 years, Kyle has competed in various levels of karting and open-wheel racing. Earning the 2017 Indy Lights championship title on the strength of three wins, three poles and eight podium finishes, Kaiser received a $1 million dollar prize and compete in the 2018 NTT INDYCAR Series.
Kaiser capitalized on his races with rookie team Juncos Racing, outperforming expectations. The graduate of Santa Clara University continued to impress in 2019 by defeating the odds after a massive crash in practice to earn a spot in the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 — bumping two-time F1 World Champion Fernando Alonso from the Field of 33.

Kyle, Off The Track
Kyle secured his job at one of the top venture studios in the country, High Alpha, after impressing the partners in a job interview by sharing his extensive spreadsheet that he had created for his Formula One Fantasy League.
At High Alpha, Kyle currently works with CEOs to accelerate revenue growth, advise fundraising strategies, and scale companies to a successful exit. He also supports Studio companies in developing strategic plans for growth and manages internal data analytics across High Alpha's funds.
Now President of the Fun Committee at High Alpha, Kyle organizes tournaments, game nights, and social activities to build company morale.
Some of Kyle’s favorite things include fishing, golfing, rock climbing, playing darts, basketball and racing on his race simulator.
Dad to three-year-old Lucca, a mini goldendoodle who Kyle has taught countless unique tricks.
A perfect day for Kyle would include an early morning fishing excursion on Eagle Creek, brunch with friends, afternoon rock climbing at North Mass Boulder, dinner at a local restaurant before finishing the night on his racing simulator.
